Terms of Service

Lifetime Guarantee. Newark Autobody Collision and Glass offers a 100% guarantee on all work, as long as the initial customer owns the vehicle in question. If any issues arise with the work, contact us immediately and we will make it right. If the vehicle is sold or ownership is transferred, the guarantee is null and void. However, future work performed on the car with the new owner will be guaranteed.

Exceptions: Rust is never guaranteed by any body shop because it cannot be permanently removed from any metal panel. It can only be temporarily repaired for cosmetic purposes. To truly remove rust, the entire panel must be replaced. If rust returns within a reasonable amount of time (usually one year or less), the work may be covered at the discretion of the owner of the autobody shop.

Privacy Policy
